Private Residence - Holywood

Set on one of the most coveted addresses in Belfast, this private residence in Holywood, designed by architect Des Ewing two decades ago, has been completely reimagined by Touched Interiors under the leadership of Design Director Kunal Trehan.

Respecting heritage, redefining luxury

Entrusted with complete creative freedom, our team set out to honour the spirit of the original architecture while redefining it for contemporary, ultra-high-end living. With a deep appreciation for the home's heritage and character, every design decision was made with sensitivity and precision.

The art of curation and craftsmanship

At the core of the transformation is a curated palette of the finest Italian furnishings, hand-selected for their timeless elegance. Natural stone and richly veined marble were sourced for floors and key surfaces, setting a tone of understated grandeur and permanence throughout.

Every piece of bespoke furniture was crafted by Touched Interiors and select European ateliers, including Visionnaire Home Philosophy, often called the "Rolls-Royce of furniture". Each brings individuality to its room while keeping the whole home in harmony.

Finishes chosen with precision

From lighting to wallcoverings, every finish was selected to create a cohesive aesthetic that reflects the client's taste and the home's rich history. The result is a residence of rare opulence, built on the complete trust of a discerning client.
