Can a rug be made to a custom size?
Many of our rugs are made to order, and some can be made in custom sizes and colours. Ask us about the piece you like.
How do I choose the right rug size?
As a guide, the front legs of your seating should rest on the rug, with a border of floor around it. Our team can advise on your room.
Can I return an item?
You can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Pieces made to your specification cannot be returned for a change of mind, and your rights if anything is faulty are unaffected. Our refund policy has the full details.
Is delivery free on rugs?
Orders over £1,000 qualify for complimentary delivery across England, Wales and Scotland.
