How It Works
If you find any of our products elsewhere at a lower price, contact us by emailing enquiries@touchedinteriors.co.uk or by calling +44 (0)161 722 1983, and let us know where you found the item and the advertised price. Once we have verified the price, we will let you know whether we are able to match it, or beat it.
Terms & Conditions
- The Price Promise is offered at our discretion and is not a guarantee that we will match or beat every price
- The product must match in every aspect, including brand, model, size, finish and colour
- The listed price must be verifiable at the time of purchase and should not include any form of discount
- The item should be purchasable from a bona fide UK-based website
- The competitor must be an authorised or licensed supplier and operate through a legitimate website
- The competitor cannot be selling below their cost price
- No additional promotional offers can be combined with a price-matched product
- Price matching cannot be applied retroactively after the product has been ordered
- We do not price match against in-store only deals
