The Stelo Alabaster Pendant Light

Simple in outline, Stelo pairs an alabaster sphere with a slender metal stem fitting, suspended on a fine cable. The stem gives the orb a neat, jewellery-like finish where stone meets metal. It is a quiet, classic form that sits easily in both period and contemporary rooms.

Switched off, the sphere shows the quiet grey and cream veining of the stone. Switched on, it glows evenly from within and the veining deepens to amber. Four sizes, from Ø10cm to Ø15cm, make it easy to hang one by a bed or reading chair, or to gather several at staggered heights over a table or stairwell.

The stem and canopy come in brass or bronze. Each sphere is natural alabaster, so veining, tone and translucency differ from piece to piece.
