The Volta Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT995-1
Volta is Italian for a vault, the curved roof of a cellar or arcade. A curved shade of travertine bends gently out from the wall, like a section of a vault turned on its side.
Unlit, the shade shows the warm honey tone and fine horizontal banding of natural travertine. Switched on, light washes up and down the wall from the open top and bottom, framing the stone between two soft pools of light. It is a natural choice for a hallway, landing or stairwell, and works well in pairs either side of a bed or a living room fireplace.
It comes in one size, 17cm wide and 22cm tall, sitting 9cm from the wall. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of every shade are unique.
