The Corda Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT968-1
Corda means rope in Italian. A rounded, vase-like body of travertine is wrapped with a loop of natural twine rope, like a stone vessel slung ready to be carried from a Mediterranean farmhouse.
The stone is opaque, so the light falls from its open base onto the wall below, leaving the pitted cream surface and the twist of the rope in soft relief above. Unlit, it is all texture: rough stone against coiled fibre. It brings warmth to a hallway, a relaxed dining room or a kitchen wall, or either side of a bed in a coastal or country scheme.
One size, 16 x 20 x 7cm, taking two G9 bulbs. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of every piece are unique.
