The Traversa Travertine Pendant Light
Model: KT1019-1
Traversa is the Italian word for a crossbeam, and the pendant is one long beam of stone: a 4.5cm square bar of travertine suspended level on two fine cables.
Unlit, the bar shows the natural linear banding of the travertine. Switched on, the integrated LED runs along the underside and casts an even line of light onto the surface below. The drop adjusts up to 160cm, so it can hang low over a dining table, a kitchen island or a long desk.
Three lengths are available: 85cm, 100cm and 120cm. It hangs from a slim metal canopy with a warm walnut finish. Travertine is a natural stone, so the banding, pores and tone of every bar are unique.
