Interno Nero 2 continues the conversation of its pair with greater clarity and quiet tension. The figure emerges in sweeping arcs of black, their repetition almost sculptural, as though wrapped or carved. Where the first piece is intuitive and tangled, this one is more poised, turning inward. Its lines suggest a form held together by restraint rather than impulse. Still abstract, still elusive, but with a clearer silhouette, a companion in tone, but distinct in posture. The Formelle float frame
A slim frame with a fine rim, set around the canvas with a deep shadow gap so the canvas appears to float within it. A solid wood surround, reinforced with an inner aluminium lining so it never warps, finished in a sleek melamine veneer.
