The Onda Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT988-1
Onda means wave in Italian. A half cylinder of travertine is cut with fine vertical flutes, so the surface ripples in a rhythm of light and shadow like water moving across sand.
Unlit, the fluting draws out the honey and cream tones of the stone and its natural open pores. Switched on, the integrated LED sits behind the curve, and warm points of light show through the thinnest pores while the flutes catch soft shadows. Small and neat at 16.5cm tall, it suits a bedside, a hallway or a corridor, and a row of them brings rhythm to a long wall.
It comes in one size, 9cm wide and 16.5cm tall, sitting 6.5cm from the wall. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of every piece are unique.
