The 101 Copenhagen Kogei Butter Knife is a slim butter knife in 18/10 stainless steel, shaped with an ergonomic handle for comfortable use at breakfast or with bread at the table. The brushed steel version has a hand-brushed, soft linear satin texture, and it is also offered in black. It is food-contact safe and supplied as a set of four in a gift box.
