Interno Nero 1 suggests a presence formed more from intuition than clarity. Bold looping strokes of black swirl within a soft neutral field, tracing the impression of a figure without ever settling into form. The lines feel urgent and instinctive, almost as if drawn in a single breath. There is something architectural here, but also deeply human, a sense of structure meeting vulnerability. Like a thought that arrives fully formed but without explanation, it lingers in the space between knowing and unknowing. Perfect on its own or even more powerful when brought together as a set with Interno Nero 2.

Looping black strokes on a soft field suit a contemporary living room or entrance. Hung with Interno Nero 2, the pair adds rhythm to a wide wall.

The Formelle float frame
A slim frame with a fine rim, set around the canvas with a deep shadow gap so the canvas appears to float within it. A solid wood surround, reinforced with an inner aluminium lining so it never warps, finished in a sleek melamine veneer.
