The Medusa Alabaster Pendant Light

Medusa takes its name from the Italian word for jellyfish. A domed alabaster cap sits over a lower alabaster bowl, and together the two pieces form a rounded, mushroom-like silhouette in solid stone.
Because both parts are alabaster, the whole form glows when lit. The E14 bulb inside lights the cap and the bowl together, and the veining appears in each in warm, uneven lines. The 15 x 12cm size is compact enough for a bedside or a hallway; the 18 x 26cm size suits a dining table, a kitchen island or a landing.
The metalwork comes in brass, bronze or black. Alabaster is a natural stone, so the veining, tone and translucency of every piece are unique.
