The Anfora Alabaster Pendant Light

Anfora draws on the rounded vessels of the ancient Mediterranean. The alabaster shade is carved as a small, full-bodied vessel, turning a pendant into something closer to an object you might find on a shelf. Its curves are full and generous, narrowing gently towards the top.
Lit, the curved walls of the stone glow warm and even, and the veining shows most clearly across the widest point of the body. At Ø17 x H17.5cm it is compact, well suited to a bedside, a hallway or a small kitchen, or hung in pairs above a console or island, where the rounded forms echo one another.
The metalwork comes in brass or bronze. Every shade is natural alabaster, so veining, tone and translucency vary from piece to piece.
